Return & Cancellation Policy

Refund has been requested due to the following reasons:
- If restaurant food order could not be delivered within 2 hours
- If the vendor cancels the order due to reasons, the store will close, the goods will not be available, the store will not serve online orders, including overcrowding at the store
- If YesBoz cancels the order due to reasons non-availability of Delivery Partner, Couriers and Out of Service Area
- If the Native Special Products is not in good condition, YesBoz will refund 100% within 5-7 working days or replace the new package at the customer’s request.

Return Procedure
Send us an email or call explaining the exact reason and asking for a refund. If required, we will request a photo within 24 hours and the refund will be processed as soon as the required details are provided. We will ensure the process of getting your money back without any hassle.

Cancellation
Any orders placed with YesBoz.com will be cancelled before confirming by restaurant/vendor, the money will be refunded 100%.

Shipping Policy
Once the product is shipped, we will share the tracking number to the receiver, and you can track the package on yourself In case of remote places courier people might call you to come and collect the package, so expect this. But if you prefer any specific courier who can deliver it at your doorsteps, please mention it’s in the comments while ordering, we will send it through the courier that you suggested.
